Job Summary As we scale, we're looking for a Recruiter (G&A/GTM) to build and own some of the most high-leverage, relationship-driven parts of our recruiting function. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a company poised to become the next NVIDIA. To maintain our competitive edge as we approach production, we're expanding our team with a data-driven and inventive recruiter. You'll work closely with hiring managers, engineers, and the broader recruiting team to identify, engage, and hire world-class technical talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-talent-density environments and loves the hunt - especially when it means going beyond traditional sourcing channels. Key Responsibilities - Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing through offer, ensuring top-of-funnel quality and fast, high-signal decision-making - Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and advocate for both candidates and company needs - Facilitate structured interview loops, track candidate performance, and lead debriefs alongside hiring managers and leadership - Manage offers
