Job Summary As we scale, we're looking for a Recruiter (G&A/GTM) to build and own some of the most high-leverage, relationship-driven parts of our recruiting function. To maintain our competitive edge as we approach production, we're expanding our team with a data-driven and inventive recruiter. You'll work closely with hiring managers, engineers, and the broader recruiting team to identify, engage, and hire world-class technical talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-talent-density environments and loves the hunt - especially when it means going beyond traditional sourcing channels.
