EQT is seeking an Attorney/Senior Attorney to provide practical, business-aligned legal support to operational teams (primarily upstream and midstream land and surface operations), enabling efficient execution while identifying and managing legal risk. This individual will deliver clear, actionable advice and high-quality work product in a fast-paced operational environment. The Attorney/Senior Attorney responsibilities include but are not limited to: Scope & Ownership Support day-to-day legal needs of operational departments, including contract drafting, negotiation, and legal interpretation. Advise on operational matters such as leases, surface use agreements, right-of-way agreements, heavy hauling agreements, and local permitting processes. Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate business objectives while managing legal and regulatory risk. Legal Advice Provide clear, practical legal guidance on operational matters.
