This role oversees legal technology, records and vendor management, billing, knowledge management, and data analytics, while driving cross‑functional initiatives to modernize and improve legal operations. The position manages and develops a team of legal operations professionals, ensuring strong management changes, stakeholder adoption, and consistent internal controls. Additionally, the role partners closely with Legal leadership and Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and optimization of legal spending.
