Deputy Manager - HR Country India Talent Acquisition cum Sourcing Specialist Location: Gurgaon, India Reporting: This position shall be reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager - Water & Infrastructure, Tractebel India Your Job function: As a 'Talent Acquisition cum Sourcing specialist' supporting the Water & Infrastructure business at Tractebel Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical and leadership talent landscape of one of the company's most strategic business units. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, advising hiring managers, sourcing exceptional professionals and ensuring a seamless candidate experience reflective of Tractebel's values and brand. You will collaborate closely with Business Leaders, Department heads and Technical Experts to understand workforce plans, anticipate hiring needs, and deliver top-tier talent across engineering, design, project management, environmental, hydrology, and infrastructure development domains. You will act as a trusted partner aligning recruitment strategies with project demands, market realities and long-term organizational growth. Key responsibilities include: · Managing full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior level roles across Water Resources, Hydropower, Urban Infrastructure, Ports & Waterways and related engineering functions. · Designing effective sourcing strategies using job boards, talent communities, networks, events, and targeted search techniques. · Building strong talent pipelines to meet current
