You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, advising hiring managers, sourcing exceptional professionals and ensuring a seamless candidate experience reflective of Tractebel's values and brand. You will collaborate closely with Business Leaders, Department heads and Technical Experts to understand workforce plans, anticipate hiring needs, and deliver top-tier talent across engineering, design, project management, environmental, hydrology, and infrastructure development domains.
