Global Workforce Management Manager Bangalore, KA, India Bangalore, KA, India What success looks like in this role: Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Workforce Manager who will play a critical role in planning, forecasting, and managing staffing strategies across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of demand forecasting, resourcing workflows, deal tracking, and cost modelling. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the business , ensuring workforce decisions are data-driven, timely, and aligned with strategic objectives. The Workforce Manager will work closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and HR & finance partners to provide insights, staffing solutions, and proactive recommendations. Exceptional communication skills-beyond fluency-are essential, including the ability to tailor messaging, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex conversations with tact and clarity. Workforce Planning & Forecasting Develop and maintain accurate short-term and long-term demand forecasts. Create capacity plans aligned with business growth and delivery expectations. Monitor supply vs. demand trends and highlight potential risks or gaps proactively. Staffing & Resource Management Provide end-to-end staffing solutions to ensure optimal allocation of talent. Drive timely fulfillment of resource requests across functions and portfolios. Partner with recruitment, delivery, and vendor teams to ensure the right talent is aligned to the right work at the right time. Business Partnering & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing insights on capacity, costs, and workforce strategy. Influence decision-making through meaningful data analysis and recommendations. Support business planning cycles, helping leaders make informed resource decisions.
