Special Ops Team Lead Elkhart, IN, United States SPECIAL OPS OPERATOR DEPARTMENT: Special Ops JOB TITLE: Special Ops Team Leader REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor SHIFT / HOURS: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (1st shift 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Mandatory OT as needed) STARTING PAY: $20.31 POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Team Leader to join our Special Ops Department. Special Ops Operators support just-in-time (JIT), time-sensitive customer orders by building carriers and preparing, racking, unracking, packing, and banding Special Ops material. This role is critical to maintaining quality, productivity, and on-time delivery for our customers. THINGS YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 1 st shift spec ops team lead will be the production point of contact for Bennington. Prepare, rack, unrack, and pack Special Ops material with a strong focus on quality. Maximize square footage when racking parts. Perform production and quality checks during unracking. Pack parts with or without specific packing instructions, including required separations. Band and prepare packed material for shipping. Maintain safety, housekeeping, quality, and productivity to meet daily goals. Communicate information with Team Leaders to maximize workflow and productivity. Collect and document production and quality data for review. Remain aware of job-related hazards and follow all safety procedures. Wear required PPE at all times.
