Job Overview: Coupang Eats is a service by Coupang where we deliver quality food, groceries, and everyday essentials to customers' doors. We build the Customer app, Store app, Courier app, websites for Stores, back office, and operations systems. As we expand into Quick Commerce, we aim to provide a fast, reliable, and seamless customer experience for on-demand delivery. We are looking for a Product Manager to own key areas of the customer journey and drive improvements in discovery, ordering, and post-order experience for Quick Commerce. Key Responsibilities: As a product manager in the Customer domain, you will focus on building and optimizing the end-to-end customer experience for Quick Commerce. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-impact features. - Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and overall customer satisfaction in Quick Commerce - Define product requirements, use cases, and success metrics; manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch - Use data, experimentation (A/B testing), and customer insights to inform product decisions and iterate quickly - Collaborate
