Account Executive - Mid market Seoul, Republic of Korea Position Overview This role plays a critical part in driving growth within the mid-market segment by creating new business opportunities through both partner collaboration and direct, high-touch customer engagement. The position focuses on delivering customer success by leveraging Cisco's comprehensive portfolio of networking and related solutions. Working closely with the account sales team and solution engineers, the Account Executive will primarily support Cisco's networking portfolio while also contributing to cross-architecture growth across the broader Cisco portfolio. Success in this role requires building strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners while navigating a dynamic and competitive market environment. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned quota targets for the Mid-market account list within a designated territory Own full responsibility for managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle Highly transactional role, qualifying and managing opportunities generated by partners and Marketing Works with partners to drive accountability for effective opportunity management and deal closure Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights to inform day-to-day engagements with the partners Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Cisco's full product portfolio to deliver the “One Cisco Story” Own responsibility for accurate forecasting and adherence to sales operational best practices Daily utilize Cisco's Tech Stack, Agentic AI, and Sales Plays to scale and optimize customer engagement Develop and execute growth strategies based on industry verticals and company size within the assigned territory Lead account planning and business reviews in collaboration with internal teams to maximize outcomes Expand business
