Account Executive - MNC Seoul, Republic of Korea Position Overview This role is responsible for driving new business growth through strong partner collaboration and direct customer engagement, with a focus on delivering measurable customer success. The Account Executive will primarily work with multinational corporations and large enterprise customers operating in Korea (Global Accounts), leveraging Cisco's broad portfolio of networking, security, and AI-driven solutions. The role requires building long-term trusted relationships with key stakeholders while navigating complex enterprise environments in the Korean market. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned quota targets for the multinational corporations account list within a designated territory Own full responsibility for managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle Highly transactional role, qualifying and managing opportunities generated by partners and Marketing Works with partners to drive accountability for effective opportunity management and deal closure Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights to inform day-to-day engagements with the partners Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Cisco's full product portfolio to deliver the “One Cisco Story” Own responsibility for accurate forecasting and adherence to sales operational best practices Daily utilize Cisco's Tech Stack, Agentic AI, and Sales Plays to scale and optimize customer engagement Develop and execute account growth strategies within assigned Global and Enterprise accounts in Korea Lead account planning, pipeline development, and business reviews in collaboration with cross-functional teams Drive new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement and effective opportunity management Plan and execute partner enablement initiatives, including customer meetings, joint sales activities, and solution demonstrations Establish
