Director, Talent Acquisition Multiple Locations Director, Talent Acquisition Multiple Locations Posted Friday, May 8, 2026 Summary: This key role will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition partners and creating recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the entire company including our Corporate, Venue, and Intern program. Our Corporate team will be growing in Engineering, Product Management, HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Strategy, and Planning & Operations, etc. This role will also be responsible for the overall recruiting strategy for our Venue team which includes Venue Operations Leadership, Food & Beverage, Security, and Culinary. Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the recruiting strategy and hiring for all of Cosm. We have a team-oriented culture, focused on quality of hire, and clear and consistent communication throughout the recruiting process. Provide hands-on leadership for the Talent Acquisition team. This is a high-touch position that requires constant communication and guidance for our team of recruiters for their professional development and on-going support of our business. Streamline the hiring process to enhance efficiency and quality of hire. Create, propose, and implement new recruiting processes and strategies to attract top talent. Manage and recruit for high priority and senior level positions. Must be willing to carry a requisition load, when needed. Build relationships with hiring managers to ensure we are delivering high quality recruiting experiences and identifying top talent, prioritizing quality of hire over time to hire.
