What You'll Do: The Quality Management function sits at the center of CoreWeave's infrastructure delivery ecosystem, ensuring that products, systems, and supplier outputs meet defined technical, regulatory, and operational standards across a rapidly scaling data center portfolio. This team partners closely with Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing, Construction, and Operations to embed quality into every phase of the asset lifecycle - from design intent through factory build, site installation, and long-term operation. The role serves as a critical control point for risk reduction, performance consistency, and continuous improvement across high-value, mission-critical infrastructure. Quality Strategy & Governance - Define and maintain CoreWeave's quality framework across suppliers, manufacturing partners, and field execution. - Establish quality standards, acceptance criteria, and inspection plans aligned to engineering specifications and operational requirements. - Own quality governance models, including escalation paths, corrective action processes, and executive reporting. - Standardize core quality processes: NCR, deviation requests, corrective actions workflows and lessons learned mechanisms.
