Drive measurable reductions in COPQ, defects, and quality escapes while enabling high-volume, scalable production. Build a globally consistent, data-driven quality system that prevents failures and ensures every product performs in mission-critical environments. What You'll Do Location: Work directly onsite with our manufacturing teams in Phoenix, AZ Reports to: Vice President, Global Quality Direct Reports: 10 direct reports with a full team of 35-40 individuals Own global quality performance across all Axon sites, driving measurable improvements in COPQ, DPPM, FPY, and inspection effectiveness with clear accountability Identify and eliminate systemic drivers of scrap, rework, and quality loss, ensuring issues are resolved at the root - not managed downstream Redesign inspection, sampling, and high-volume test strategies to optimize coverage, cost, and throughput without increasing risk Scale AI-enabled and automated quality systems, shifting
