This role focuses on shaping foundational systems and customer-facing functionality used to deliver personalized, high-performing digital experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven products and excels at owning the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, responsible for defining, evolving, and ensuring a successful execution across a wide product surface that helps enterprise customers, deliver personalized experiences, and continuously optimize results. The scope includes data infrastructure, intelligent automation, and visual experiences - all powered by innovative AI capabilities. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how digital teams measure and grow their content's impact in a fast-evolving AI-driven market. What to expect? - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product capabilities, from discovery through delivery, iteration, and measurable outcomes. - Define and evolve APIs, SDKs, and AI systems that power personalization and experimentation use cases at scale. - Partner closely with Engineering on system design, architectural trade-offs, scalability, and long-term technical direction. - Drive product decisions that support personalization at scale, including emerging agentic and automated optimization approaches. - Apply domain knowledge in personalization, experimentation, and optimization to guide prioritization and roadmap decisions. - Engage directly with customers, partners, and prospects to understand needs, validate solutions, and represent the product externally. - Collaborate with Product Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to shape clear value propositions and customer narratives. -
