About this role

EHS Supervisor Job Location (country) Summary Responsible for working within the Environmental, Health and Safety group in support of key Operational and Technical initiatives. Lead, coordinate, and provide oversight of environmental, safety/health programs and processes at the facility. Assure compliance with regulatory requirements, Chobani company policies, and continuous improvements in key identified measures and objectives. This role will lead the EHS agenda for coffee roasting, concentrating, and warehouse facilities located within the Philadelphia area. This role reports to the VP of EHS. Responsibilities Performs workplace safety & environmental inspections and audits. Facilitates and oversees near miss and injury investigations to determine root cause(s) and offers recommendations for corrective actions. Responsible for managing EHS practices; administer/implement EHS programs and policies outlined by OSHA, EPA and DOT as appropriate and maintain all pertinent records. Ensure implementation and continuous improvement to all safety related programs and policies including, but not limited to: Hazardous Energy Control Program, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Bloodborne Pathogens, Electrical Safety Program, Chemical Management, Hearing Conservation, Hot Work, PIT Safety, Respirator and Emergency Action Plan Ensure implementation and continuous improvement to all environmental related programs and policies including, but not limited to: Air Permitting, Hazardous Chemical Disposal, Chemical Storage
