The EHS team partners closely with Workplace Resources, stakeholder organizations, and regional leadership to reduce risk and strengthen our safety culture. Our team is focusing on integration of AI to accelerate safety outcomes, making us a leader in the tech industry. We ensure that as Cisco grows, we do so safely! Your Impact As the AMER EHS Theater Lead, you will serve as the primary link between the EHS organization and regional partners, translating EHS requirements into scalable programs and consistent execution across the Americas. You will lead an experienced Americas EHS team and drive corporate EHS initiatives that strengthen compliance, improve safety culture, and reduce EHS risks across Cisco operations. You will be responsible for EHS-related compliance activities, including operating the North American regulated waste management program, coordinating responses to EHS inquiries from external parties, and supporting regulatory and ISO 14001 and 45001 engagements. You will use EHS data and systems to draw insights and accelerate data-driven decision-making using AI-augmented tools.
