Key Accountabilities Develop strategies in preventing injuries/ill-health associated with operate MPE and Vehicle for company business with the scope of Workshop, Fleet Management and Road Management Estate, Mill and Logistics Identify Fleet Safety EHS KPI& Mandatory Program for CTP EHS , in line with International /National Best Practice with the scope of Workshop, Fleet Management and Road Management Estate, Mill and Logistics Act as r technical expert to analyze and resolve specific fleet safety gaps/challenges in site areas. Facilitate specific EHS audits to monitor the progress and areas that need an improvement. Support EHS Learning and Development team to deliver learning programs in the field of fleet safety Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
