What the day will look like Preparation, scanning and registering of incoming claims received by post and email to ensure that daily clear to zero targets are achieved. Data enter to the incoming claims to our CRP to optimize claims data recording and ensure Service Level Agreements are achieved. Data enter to the outstanding claims to our CRP to ensure the Claims KPI and Service Level Agreements are achieved. Liaise with other departments for support to ensure an efficient and professional response is given, thereby achieving customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate filing records in our FileNet in a manner that allows files to be located quickly, thereby ensuring that customer queries can be dealt with efficiently. Implement the Standard Operating Procedure for Claims Unit and need to liaison with various broking departments within the company. Ensuring all aspects of Aon Indonesia's operation meet compliance standard determined by Aon Policy and Protocols and local regulations. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time Skills and experience that will lead to success Fresh graduate, penultimate or final year student in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field.
