Client Services Department - Claims Jakarta, Indonesia Support Claims matters Input all Notification/PLA/DLA into system Data migration from legacy system to GRU Indonesia Communication and management of internal and external collaborators' expectations Build client relationship in tandem with Client Relationship Manager, working as a Client Team Support carrier meeting for specific claims Support claims data analysis and reporting. Monitor claims SLAs and take accountability for performances. Issue claims/cash calls in accordance with contract terms and SLA Submission of claims supporting documents within 1 working day of receipt from the clients to the reinsurers Adhoc Matters Actively engage with Finance colleagues for the efficient collection of balances Actively engage with Regional Client Services team to ensure alignment to Global Standardization and Best Practice Any other duties as required by the management.
