Talent Acquisition Partner Portland, ME, US Overview The Talent Acquisition Partner is a hands-on recruiting role responsible for driving full-cycle hiring with a primary focus on early career talent, while also supporting experienced hiring needs during periods of increased volume. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, this role partners closely with hiring managers to execute recruiting strategies, manage active requisitions, and build strong candidate pipelines. This individual will play a key role in delivering high-quality hires by balancing proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and efficient hiring process management. This role will support the firm's early career hiring efforts, including internships and entry-level recruiting, while also contributing to broader team success through overflow recruiting support and targeted sourcing for high-priority roles. This is a highly execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and hands-on recruiting delivery. This role will work a flexible hybrid schedule from our Portland office. This role requires minimal travel, less than 10% per year.
