Ensure HR programs align with business needs and drive organizational results. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Own the HR agenda for client groups: workforce planning, talent reviews, succession, and development Anticipate hiring needs; collaborate with TA to fill critical roles and optimize selection processes · Design and implement engagement, recognition, and change-management initiatives Administer salary planning, promotions, and incentive cycles per governance guidelines Advise on performance-management and employee-relation issues; track HR KPIs Build HR processes that ensure compliance and measure service outcomes Act as a trusted advisor and partner to plant management, providing advice, guidance, and support on human resources matters, including labor relations Maintain a positive labor relations environment by administering the Collective Bargaining Agreement consistently and maintaining effective relationships with union leadership QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 7+ years HR experience in a manufacturing environment, including 5+ years as a business partner and 3+ years recruiting Experience in labor relations Advanced proficiency with HR systems, Excel, and PowerPoint SKILLS Leadership, coaching, and influence Organizational effectiveness and planning Data-driven decision making Project and stakeholder management Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work at all levels of the organization Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR programs with business objectives Read More Req#
