Senior Legal Counsel Location not specified Requisition Number: 43548 A Day In The Life: The Senior Counsel - LATAM plays a crucial role in providing legal counsel and support to Bunge's LATAM business operations concerning food solutions transactions. This highly professional individual provides legal advice and support on a diversified scope and expertise based on the nature and requirements of the business team. What You'll Be Doing: • Provide legal advice and counsel to business units and functional teams on a wide range of corporate, commercial, labor and employment, regulatory and litigation matters, included but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and commercial transactions. • Negotiate, draft, and review contracts, including supply agreements, transfer, handling and storage agreements, service agreements, and transportation related agreements. • Provide legal support for real estate and M&A transactions. • Conduct legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating transaction documents • Advice on legal aspects of domestic business transactions • Collaborate with external counsel and other professionals to ensure the company's legal interests are protected • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to assigned corporate and commercial transactions. • Represent Bunge in negotiations with external parties, including customers, suppliers, and regulators. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, finance
