About this role
Product Manager San Francisco Bay Area, San Francisco, California, United States About Brain Co. Brain Co. is building the infrastructure that turns advanced AI research into real-world impact. We work at the frontier of productionizing AI for complex, high-stakes environments-particularly in government and regulated industries where manual workflows still dominate. Our mission is to make AI systems reliable, scalable, and dependable in the real world. That means going beyond demos and models to build robust platforms that support complex workflows, human-in-the-loop processes, and production-grade reliability at scale. About The Role We're looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Product team and take full ownership of a well-scoped product area from day one. You'll translate business problems into PRDs, partner closely with engineering and design, and drive projects through build, launch, and iteration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments, can bring structure to ambiguity, and enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, executable plans. Success in this role will open the path to broader product ownership and leadership scope over time. This role will be filled through a referral-only network approach. We are not accepting inbound applications. In This Role, You Will: - Own a defined product area end-to-end - from discovery and scoping through design, development, and delivery - Write crisp PRDs and translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements - Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to ship high-quality products quickly - Manage execution timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
