This is a rare opportunity to operate with the energy and creativity of a startup inside an established public company focused on supporting the organizations, institutions, and corporations that drive social impact. In this role, you will join Blackbaud's Agentic AI team and be responsible for taking our first agentic product to market, building a short- to medium-term roadmap for improvement, and leading the development and launch of future agentic products. You'll drive execution, own the roadmap, and obsess over delivering customer value through personalized, outcome-driven automation. About the role As Principal Product Manager for Agentic AI, you will lead the launch of 0-to-1 agentic products, shape the roadmap for future agentic offerings, and drive execution across cross-functional teams. You'll obsess over delivering customer value through personalized, outcome-driven automation, and collaborate closely with Go to Market (GTM) and Sales teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
