Manager, Project Management Job Location - Country United States Location Details: Country: United States Work mode: flexible hybrid schedule Position Summary: The PMO Manager at Bentley Systems will lead a team of Project Managers within the region, ensuring they follow processes and deliver projects on time/budget to Bentley Users. As a PMO Manager, you will drive your PM team to align with company strategies, giving the right priorities and guiding in day-to-day activities. Responsibilities: Lead a diverse and virtually organized team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators to meet both team and company objectives Manage team members' assignments and schedules to meet utilization targets and balance workload Assign the right Project Manager to the right account, depending on personal characteristics, seniority, and workload Ensure projects within your region are delivered on time/budget Perform periodic project reviews to ensure company processes are followed Prepare and maintain a development plan for each team member Manage first-level escalations, being able to escalate further if/when needed Foster communication and collaboration within your team and across the PMO Report business status, risks, and issues to the PMO director Empower team members to take responsibility for their jobs and goals, creating accountability. Provide performance evaluations for the team through structured performance appraisals and regular feedback. Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall Bentley mission and values.
