HR Business Partner The Hague, Netherlands HR Business Partner Location: The Hague About the position: We are looking for a highly business-oriented HR Business Partner to support our growth across the BeNeNord region. This role will act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, helping scale a high-growth, sales-led SaaS organization. You will work closely with leaders across Sales, Channel, and Customer Success to translate business objectives into an effective people strategy-driving performance, engagement, and retention. This is not a traditional HR role. We are looking for someone who understands how people strategy directly impacts revenue growth, productivity, and organizational scale.
