Contracts Specialist Work Location (Country) India | Remote/Onsite Onsite The Contracts Specialist / Senior Contracts Specialist supports AMETEK's Controls Southeast, Inc. business unit by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements. This role partners closely with business stakeholders (Sales and Commercial Operations) and the Finance Department to facilitate efficient contract execution while identifying and mitigating commercial and legal risk. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, business minded, and comfortable working independently in a high volume, deadline driven environment. This role is not administrative in nature; it requires sound judgment, contract negotiation skills, and the ability to escalate issues appropriately. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review, draft, negotiate, and edit commercial agreements, including but not limited to: Confidentiality / Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Sales, Supply, Services, and Purchase Agreements Master Supply and Master Services Agreements Consulting Agreements Sales Representative and Distributor Agreements Partner with commercial, sales, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure contract terms align with key business objectives Identify, assess, and communicate commercial and legal risk; propose practical risk mitigation strategies consistent with company policy Ensure compliance with AMETEK contracting policies, approval matrices, and delegation of authority requirements Manage and maintain standard contract templates and clause libraries in
