Sr. Business Analyst, Central RME Nashville, Tennessee, USA Amazon's Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team ensures that our global fulfillment and operations networks run safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our Central RME team as the go-to source of business intelligence for Operations. You will analyze operational data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making. This role requires a bias for action; you will move quickly to translate complex data into clear recommendations that enable our teams to work smarter and deliver results. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven narratives are essential for success in this role. Key job responsibilities - Partner with data business leaders and program stakeholders to ensure key decision data is accurate, automated, and delivered in a timely fashion - Collect, analyze, and manage quantitative business data to create meaningful reports, drive metrics discussions, and recommend improvements - Lead the development of weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics alongside operational planning, forecasting, and reporting models that enable stakeholders to make effective decisions - Manage competing priorities while providing level-headed guidance on business metrics, even during unexpected events - Produce regular reports and analysis using data mining and analytical tools to identify trends, develop forecasts, and uncover improvement opportunities - Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying process, operational, or data-related issues, implement improvements, and establish new measures that advance data-driven decision-making across the organization - Develop and implement KPIs,
