This role plays a critical part in driving data-powered decision-making and enterprise transformation initiatives by translating business needs into actionable analytics, insights, and data solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, technology teams, and analytics professionals - bridging the gap between business strategy and data execution. This role requires a strong blend of analytical rigor, business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and experience working in complex, matrixed organizations. Essential Functions and Primary Duties Business & Analytics Partnership Partner with stakeholders across Corporate, Practice, and Functional teams to understand business strategies, operational challenges, and decision-making needs. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear analytics use cases, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements. Act as a trusted advisor by providing data-driven insights that support business transformation, performance improvement, and innovation initiatives. Requirements & Solution Design Develop detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for BI and analytics solutions. Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and solution architects to design scalable, high-quality data and reporting solutions. Ensure alignment between business objectives, data definitions, and technical implementation. Data & Insights Enablement Support the development and adoption of enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Validate data accuracy, business logic, and metric definitions to ensure consistent and reliable insights.
