Senior Business Analyst – Client Data Strategy New York, NY Neuberger is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to join us as a Senior Business Analyst in the Client Data Strategy team. This team plays a critical role in providing strategic oversight of client data and reporting for our global client coverage organizations. It leads the development and execution of a multi-year roadmap focused on delivering value across the client data lifecycle, including data architecture, governance, acquisition, quality management, business intelligence, and advanced analytics. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business Analytics, Client Coverage, Finance, Global Technology, Operations and Business Enablement. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs, translating them into actionable requirements Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve client data management and business outcomes Develop and maintain process automation workflows using Visual Studio / Claude CoPilot and Python to streamline data management and reporting processes Maintain Client Analytics Database Model with business driven views and custom data sets for simplified downstream consumption and reporting Design, build, and maintain business analytics reports and dashboards using Tableau and other visualization tools Conduct in-depth analysis of large volumes of client data to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
