The ideal candidate must possess the ability to earn trust and influence key stakeholders autonomously, expertly plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage candidates within tight timelines, demonstrate a proven capacity to use metrics to drive and showcase results, and remain calm in high-volume, ambiguous environments. Thriving in a fast-paced setting and excelling at problem-solving will be critical to success in this role. The best candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and the centralized Amazon University Talent Acquisition program teams. Key job responsibilities In this role, you will: • Partner with business and recruiting teams across Amazon to understand student hiring needs • Build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency • Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements • Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
