About this role

Module Design Program Manager , International Module Design Team Mexico City, Mexico City, MEX At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager in the International Design team within the Engineering Services organization to play a critical role in managing Amazon's fast growth and technology innovation needs. The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter, highly motivated individual and have a strong level of ownership. This individual will report to the Sr. Manager for Change Management and will support other teams to deliver fulfillment network capacity on time. Key job responsibilities • Manage Project Management Office (PMO) planning for Amazon projects • Own end-to-end Module Design List for assigned projects and mentor team members on module design improvements • Review new module change requests from corporate and site stakeholders against existing standards and facilitate cross-functional evaluation • Own end-to-end process, tools, and mechanisms for Module Change Requests, ensuring evaluation and resolution within established SLAs • Identify process defects through stakeholder feedback and audits, leading measurable defect reduction initiatives • Lead process improvement projects and develop new tools to support business objectives • Manage strategic non-portfolio program development and facilitate program-level meetings and tracking • Foster a culture of collaboration to ensure stakeholders are aligned and customer solutions are delivered with precision • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Safety, ACES, PE, Engineering, Procurement, GES) during design, execution, and launch phases •
