We are seeking an exceptional Manager of Business Development & Partnerships to scale our 3P Private Brands models to the next stage of growth and establish this program as a premier opportunity for sellers across our marketplace. Key job responsibilities In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic expansion of our 3P Private Brands program through multiple key initiatives: Seller Partnership & Ecosystem Development You will identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified sellers from key manufacturing clusters to bridge critical selection gaps within Private Brands. By building deep relationships with manufacturing partners, you'll create a sustainable pipeline of quality brands. You'll design seller onboarding programs that equip partners with the tools and support needed for long-term success on Amazon, transforming promising sellers into thriving brand builders. Program Positioning & Visibility You will serve as the chief evangelist for 3P Private Brands, crafting positioning strategies that establish this as a premier opportunity for sellers. You'll develop compelling narratives and communication materials that inspire action, while building visibility through seller events, educational content, and success stories. Partnering with internal stakeholders, you'll ensure prominent program placement across seller channels and establish feedback loops to continuously refine positioning and remove barriers to participation.
