Contracts Specialist, Business and Product Operations Sydney, New South Wales, AUS For over 11 years, Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) has been the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. AWS offers over 100 fully featured services to millions of active customers around the world-including the fastest-growing startups, largest enterprises, and leading government agencies-to power their infrastructure. The Business and Product Operations (BPO) team is a diverse team that supports infrastructure and other foundational initiatives that span and support Sales (AWS Professional Services), Marketing and Support teams within AWS. We are looking for a Contract Specialist to support AWS Professional Services, for both public and commercial sectors, and AWS Legal by drafting Statements of Work (SOW), Work Orders (WO) and Work Order Amendments (WOA) to support AWS Professional Services in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region during the contract creation and drafting process. This is a unique role, with similar functions to a business operations analyst and a contract analyst. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about contracts, has an eye for detail, and has the right level of contract drafting skills allowing them to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - The candidate will work side by side with ICON, Sales Enablement, Business Process Managers, Business Operations, and AWS Legal to ensure contracts meet AWS's high standards for contract and legal requirements. - They will also support AWS Professional Services by providing operational, contract, policy compliance and guidance, enabling them to provide
