Job Description: About the Role We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Fitter) - Nights to join our Maintenance Team. In this role you will play a key role in supporting the reliability, performance, and compliance of our manufacturing equipment and mechanical services. The shift pattern will be Monday - Friday Nights, but flexibility around shifts is important in this role. This role is focused on maintaining equipment uptime, supporting health and safety standards, ensuring quality and compliance, and helping drive continuous improvement across the business unit. You will work in a highly regulated environment where teamwork, technical expertise, and a proactive approach are essential. Key Responsibilities Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on mechanical services, plant, and equipment Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions Support improvements in machine and equipment effectiveness Source and identify required spare parts for equipment and systems Assist specialist vendors during preventative maintenance activities Participate in FATs, commissioning, and
