What you'll do You will lead a product engineering team within the Viasat Advertising organisation, building software that powers advertising experiences across the aviation ecosystem and operates at substantial scale with real‑world impact. As an Engineering Team Lead, you will combine people leadership and technical contribution to enable teams to deliver high‑quality, high‑value software. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to develop priorities, translate requirements into actionable plans, and ensure teams are set up for sustainable delivery. This role offers the opportunity to: Help scale the Advertising engineering organisation by standing up and maturing a second product team Influence technical direction, software quality, and ways of working Apply and advocate modern development practices, including the responsible use of AI‑assisted tooling Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, data experts, and commercial partners across Viasat Your work directly supports Advertising growth objectives by improving delivery speed, quality, and execution capacity. The day-to-day On a day‑to‑day basis, you will balance team leadership, delivery oversight, and hands‑on technical involvement.
