About this role
Mgr, EHS Systems Dublin, Ireland The Manager EHS Systems supports the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise EHS management systems in alignment with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Pharmaceutical in the Supply Chain Initiative (PSCI) principles. The role ensures consistent application of EHS standards, regulatory compliance, and alignment with corporate EHS strategy, with responsibility for internal audits and third-party risk management audits. Strong experience in regulated manufacturing environments, management system auditing, and cross-functional leadership is required to drive sustained EHS performance and risk reduction. Support the development, deployment, and continuous effectiveness of enterprise EHS management systems across diverse regulatory jurisdictions, including Europe and the USA, aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PSCI principles and internal governance standards. • Serve as system owner for Global EHS policies, procedures, risk assessment, objectives, metrics, and management review processes • Partner with site EHS and operations teams to embed EHS systems into daily activities across GMP manufacturing, utilities, laboratories, and support functions • Develop and maintain the global annual EHSS audit program and lead EHS audits, self-assessments, and gap analyses across sites and vendors • Track findings, drive timely CAPA closure, and assess effectiveness to reduce systemic risk • Establish and maintain global EHS metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes • Provide data-driven insights to support governance forums and management reviews • Drive EHS system maturity through continuous improvement and structured root cause analysis • Support change management to ensure adoption, sustainability, and cultural integration • Coach site EHS professionals and operational leaders
