Propósito Coordinar y supervisar el correcto funcionamiento del departamento de Front Desk para cumplir con los objetivos planteados, lograr la satisfacción del huésped y la excelencia en el servicio brindado. Principales funciones & responsabilidades Controlar los ingresos del día (huéspedes) y las cargas de reservas a fin de que a la llegada del huésped todo esté según lo esperado. Gestionar los reclamos de los huéspedes con el objetivo de obtener respuestas satisfactorias a los pedidos de los mismos. Recepcionar y realizar out de los huéspedes a fin de que la primera impresión sea agradable; como así también realizar el cierre de las cuentas y conocer el nivel de satisfacción de los huéspedes. Reforzar el concepto de Concierge dentro de la recepción. Se le debe brindar información al huésped acerca de la Ciudad, espectáculos, restaurantes, museos, consejos y guía en general.
