A Commercial Counsel who will serve as a trusted advisor to the business. Reporting to the VP, Finance, you will manage SeekOut's commercial contract function across customer, supplier, and partner agreements; combining practical legal judgment, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-functional partnership to support the company's growth. You will exercise independent legal judgment on commercial risk, negotiate agreements end-to-end, provide day-to-day legal counsel to stakeholders across the organization, and play a foundational role in building a scalable legal function for a fast-moving, AI-driven SaaS business.
