About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Advisor to join our internal recruiting agency team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting or talent operations career who is eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers, supporting key recruiting processes while building your skills and expertise. This is a client-facing role, but you won't be alone-you'll be supported by senior team members who will guide and mentor you as you grow. What You'll Do: - Screen candidates to assess qualifications and ensure alignment with client needs before advancing them in the hiring process. - Support external client stakeholders and hiring managers by coordinating recruiting activities and ensuring alignment on candidate profiles, timelines, and expectations. - Assist with day-to-day communication between clients and our internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration. - Help manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. - Collaborate with senior Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs and contribute to recruiting strategies. - Provide feedback on our recruiting
