THE ROLE We're looking for a Lifecycle & CRM Lead to own everything that happens after a customer registers - activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and referral. This is a zero-to-one role: no predecessor, no ceiling, and direct impact on the metric that matters most to our business. Retention is acquisition. A 10% improvement in churn has the same P&L impact as acquiring 10% more customers at zero CAC. This role is that lever.
