Incumbent is responsible for the drafting of Treasury proposed legislation involving Mint activities, commenting on legislation proposed by other government agencies or members of Congress, and providing appropriate supporting documentation with respect to Mint legislative matters. He/she is also responsible for the drafting of formal Mint regulations and instructions. Provide legal interpretation pertaining to construction and procurement and against the Government arising out of the operations of the Mint and reviews for legal sufficiency all administrative regulations, contracts and other matters relating to the operations and administration of the Mint.
