Customer Service Specialist US - Remote Blueprint is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to play a critical role in delivering a seamless and supportive experience for our institutional partners, faculty, and student users. This role works closely with the Director of Customer Success and Account Managers to support new account setups, onboarding, group link creation, and day-to-day customer support across our B2B SaaS solutions. Content Editor, PA US - Remote Rosh Review, a Blueprint Company, is looking for a part-time PA Content Editor (up to 20 hours/week) to contribute to the continued development of our PA products. This is a remote, part-time job position, and will report to our PA Content Champion. What You'll Do You will be responsible for contributing to the development and launch of materials for our PA products, as well as helping to maintain and improve the quality of our existing PA resources. Medical School Admissions Consultant US - Remote Medical School Admissions Consultant Blueprint Prep is hiring a person to join our medical school admissions advising staff to help our students navigate the process. In particular, we are looking for individuals who have served in the admissions office or on the admissions committee at a US or Canadian medical school, or who have substantial experience advising undergraduate students on the admissions process. This would be a part-time position, from any location.
