About this role

Director of Product Marketing - Undergrad US - Remote The Director, Product Marketing - Undergrad at Blueprint will hold broad responsibility for leading our product marketing over one of our core verticals, MCAT, responsible for all aspects of our go-to-market motion, and managing the P&L for the vertical. This role holds significant revenue generating responsibility, and will be held accountable for developing and achieving revenue targets, while maintaining or improving on established budget thresholds. What You'll Do - Oversee the development of go-to-market plans, and monthly and quarterly campaign planning designed to ensure that we're building awareness and converting interest into purchase - Serve as a liaison to drive and communicate all marketing-related efforts for the business unit you represent - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and the functional marketers, to ensure seamless alignment and effective execution of product marketing initiatives for your vertical - Streamline the communications structure for the Blueprint undergraduate vertical, allowing us to build economies of scale across LSAT, and any additional undergraduate verticals we launch in the future - Work closely with our creative team to craft compelling and distinctive product messaging and positioning that resonates with target personas, conveying value and benefits of our product offerings that are as personalized to the persona need state as possible - Spearhead product launches by working closely with the product management team to create launch plans, sales training materials, and go-to-market strategies - Track and analyze key performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness
