Stagehand (per diem) Chicago, IL PURPOSE OF POSITION: IATSE Local 2 Per Diem Stagehand position filling studio shifts for scheduled productions, vacation relief, special projects, daily and weekly coverage as needed. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Work directly with Directors, Producers, Talent, Maintenance Technicians and News staff to provide staging services during CBS/WBBM-TV local news productions for broadcast, social and streaming. Responsibilities include setting up and testing lighting and other television equipment, following Director's instructions, assisting performers, guests, visitors and making adjustments to sets.
