Overview CBS News is seeking a Producer, Podcasts to lead the production of limited-series podcasts and special reporting initiatives. This role will focus on deeply reported, narrative-driven audio and video projects, requiring strong editorial judgment, investigative instincts, and longform storytelling experience. The Producer will work closely with hosts and editorial leadership to shape series, manage complex production timelines, and deliver high-impact content across audio and video platforms. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end production of limited-series podcasts and special reporting projects • Develop story concepts, narrative arcs, and episode structures in collaboration with editorial leadership and correspondents • Conduct research and reporting to support story development • Write scripts, outlines, and episode drafts for longform, serialized storytelling • Book and produce interviews with guests, contributors, and in-house talent • Manage field and studio rec
