Childress Production Supervisor The Production Supervisor manages a team of operators, and coordinates production, maintenance, shipping and other activity as determined by plant. As the floor supervisor, he/she follows up on operator concerns and execution of the production plan. Responsibilities include coordination with the maintenance technician(s) for prioritizing and executing repairs, review of daily operating priorities with operators, providing performance feedback to operators, and monitoring the process daily for proper operation.
