Eine Möglichkeit dazu bietet unser CF Flex-Netzwerk, das Amazon-Fulfillment-Prozesse in den Lagern von Lieferanten/3PLs einrichtet, damit diese mehr Kapazitäten für die Lagerung und den schnellstmöglichen Versand von Artikeln an Kunden haben. Das CF Flex-Team sucht einen Cluster Assistant mit physischem Einsatzort im Essen Du wirst einen oder mehrere strategische Lieferanten/3PLs betreuen. Du bist für die Koordination der operativen Prozesse und des Arbeitsablaufs von Amazon-Kundenbestellungen sowie für die Überwachung verschiedener wichtiger Leistungskennzahlen und die kontinuierliche Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern verantwortlich. Im Rahmen der Rolle besuchst du regelmäßig Vendor Flex-Standorte in Deutschland. Deshalb erfordert diese Position eine Reisebereitschaft von ca. 40-60 % der Arbeitszeit. Ein gültiger Führerschein ist hierzu von Vorteil. Key job responsibilities • Verantwortung für den erfolgreichen und kontinuierlichen Betrieb der Amazon-Operationsprozesse sowie Mitwirkung an der Koordination und Weiterentwicklung aller Prozesse im CF Flex-Bereich im Rahmen der Amazon-Lieferanten-/3PL-Partnerschaft. • Verfolgung wichtiger Betriebsprozesse im Lager und Sicherstellung fehlerfreier Abläufe. Diese Prozesse umfassen unter anderem Wareneingang, Einlagerung, Kommissionierung, Verpackung, Versand & Transport, Qualität, Bestandsintegrität und Transfers. • Direkter Kontakt mit Vertretern unserer Lieferanten/3PLs sowie mit Amazon-Supportfunktionen verschiedener Teams, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf WHS, Retail, Transportation, IT und Business Development. • Eigenverantwortliche Überwachung und Förderung der Entwicklung von Leistungskennzahlen im Einklang mit den übergeordneten Zielen von CF Flex. • CF Flex-Netzwerkunterstützung, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Lagerabdeckungen, Eröffnungen, Schließungen, Verlagerungen
