This is a remote position. The Service Technician II role will require a highly self-motivated individual to perform service work on Starline's full complement of products at customer sites. Technician will work directly with end users and contractors to ensure that all on-site products are functioning properly and tested prior to system energization. Service Technician must be willing and able to travel domestically often and internationally occasionally. What Will You Do? Execute a System Startup checklist while at a customer's site. Program Starline CPM and 3rd party meters at the customer site. Demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve complex network issues. Knowledge of terminal emulator programs like PuTTY and Telnet. Meter programming and networking support via phone with customers. Complete a startup certification report and a meter commissioning report.
