Job Description: The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for the performance of the following types of maintenance work: 1) electrical, 2) HVAC, 3) carpentry 4) painting and 5) mechanical. Responsible for repairing mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment; installs and repairs all audio systems, television and radio systems, satellite systems, CCTV systems, alarm systems, digital and analog control systems, audio-visual equipment systems and paging systems, perform maintenance painting/wall covering, and repairs and constructs carpentry structure, under general supervision (These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position) Maintains and repairs refrigerator equipment, boilers, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
