Job Duties: Consistently delivering exceptional service to every guest Ensure safety is a priority in accordance to Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid Certifications Adhere to and enforce company specific safety policies Maintain a safe and clean environment in and around all swimming areas Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County Health standards Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times Responsible for the daily set up of the pool deck before the venue opens Responsible for the daily breakdown of the pools and pool deck as the venue closes Follow all designated emergency procedures Always provide visual surveillance of the pools and surrounding areas Assist guests with requests, offering appropriate alternatives and seeking assistance when necessary Attend required trainings Assist other departments as necessary Qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age Previous lifeguard experience preferred, but not required Must be able to communicate in English with guests and other team members Must be able to work efficiently within a team environment Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat and sun Must
